At this time, Fyolette only ships to destinations within North America (United States and Canada). We do not currently offer international delivery outside these two regions.

All shipping timeframes apply to major metropolitan areas after processing. Rural, remote, or P.O. Box addresses may require additional transit time.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
– All orders placed Monday through Friday before our 2:00 PM EST shipping cut-off will be processed and dispatched on the same business day.
– Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped on the following business day.
– Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
– Weekend and holiday orders are handled and dispatched on the next active business day.
– All dispatches are subject to payment authorization and item availability. During seasonal collections, sale launches, or promotional periods, please allow more time for order processing.
Order Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment’s journey through any of the following methods:
Email Tracking Link: Click the direct tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Dedicated Tracking Page: Navigate directly to our Track My Order page linked in the footer at the bottom of our website and enter your order details.
Account Dashboard: Sign in to your Fyolette account, navigate to Order History, and your tracking number associated to your recent purchase.
– Please allow 24–48 hours from dispatch for tracking updates to register on the carrier’s system.
Single Delivery Destination
We can only ship to one physical address per transaction. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each unique address.
Address Modifications & Redirects
Please review your shipping details carefully prior to checkout. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect the package in transit.
Taxes, Duties & Checkout Totals
All displayed merchandise prices exclude applicable sales taxes. Regional taxes and shipping fees will be itemized at checkout prior to payment finalization. All orders delivered within the United States and Canada are duty-free.
Damaged or Unauthorized Refused Deliveries
We take extreme care in inspecting and packaging every garment. In the rare event that your package arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can assist you. Refusing delivery without prior written approval from us may result in non-refundable return shipping charges.
